At Anna Inventory, we offer transparent and competitive pricing for our top-notch property inventory services. Our standard inventory rates are based on a baseline property configuration. To ensure transparency and accuracy in our reporting, please note that the prices listed below apply to properties consisting of the following:

  • 1 x Kitchen
  • 1 x Reception Room (Living Room/Lounge)
  • 1 x Hallway/Landing
  • 1 x Bathroom
  • Bedroom(s) (As per specific quote or tier selected)

Additional Areas & Outbuildings

We understand that many properties feature unique layouts or extra rooms. To account the additional time required to detail these areas, a supplementary fee of £12.00 per room/area will be added to the base price for the following:

  • Extra Reception Rooms: Dining rooms, conservatories, or home offices.
  • Additional Bathrooms: En-suites, cloakrooms, or separate WC.
  • Utility & Storage: Dedicated utility rooms, large walk-in wardrobes, or cellars.
  • Outdoor & Functional: Gardens, driveways, garages, sheds, or extensive outbuildings.

 

 Additional services or special requirements :

  • All jobs cancelled less than 6 hrs before the arranged appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £55.00.
  • Any Bank Holiday or Sunday bookings will be subject to a £55.00 fee.
  • Same-day bookings are considered urgent and will be charged an additional Emergency Booking Fee of £35.00.

 

Completed reports will be emailed to the relevant parties 24-48 hrs after the inspection.
